BANOBELLA RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because skincare is personal and hygiene-sensitive, we carefully review all return requests. We believe in fairness—for both our customers and our brand.

1. ONE-TIME RETURN GUARANTEE

BANOBELLA offers a One-Time Full Refund Policy for first-time purchases only.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we may offer a one-time full refund on your order, subject to review and approval.

This policy is intended to allow new customers to try BANOBELLA with confidence.

Please note:

• Only one full refund per customer, household, or shipping address is allowed  
• Repeat refund requests will not be approved  
• Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future purchases or refunds

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a refund request:

✔ You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order  
✔ The order must be your first eligible purchase  
✔ Proof of purchase/order number is required  
✔ Product concerns must be clearly explained

BANOBELLA reserves the right to review all requests individually.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not qualify for return or refund, including:

• Final sale items  
• Excessive or repeated refund requests

Skincare results vary from person to person.

Because every skin type is different, BANOBELLA cannot guarantee identical results for everyone.

Results may vary based on:

• Skin type  
• Skin sensitivity  
• Lifestyle habits  
• Consistency of product use  
• Sun exposure  
• Existing skincare routine

BANOBELLA does not promise overnight transformation or instant results.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

• A damaged item  
• A defective item  
• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

✔ Order number  
✔ Photos of the item received  
✔ Brief description of the issue

We will review the concern and determine the best resolution.

6. REFUND PROCESS

If your refund request is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method  
• Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider  
• Processing may take 5–10 business days

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise determined by BANOBELLA.
