1. ONE-TIME RETURN GUARANTEE
BANOBELLA offers a One-Time Full Refund Policy for first-time purchases only.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we may offer a one-time full refund on your order, subject to review and approval.
This policy is intended to allow new customers to try BANOBELLA with confidence.
Please note:
• Only one full refund per customer, household, or shipping address is allowed
• Repeat refund requests will not be approved
